As a IHG reward, i have never been treted this badly. At check-in, Fabian was so rude because asked question about my bill, which he quoted me a bill hirer than i had booked. He and his counterparts felt the need to call security as if he was threatened.I had asked for and paid for 3 rooms together and he put us in separate floors. I took the room on the third floor, my daughter and neice have small children, that can get rambunctious and we didnt want to distub others. When the elevator opened, they were cleaning with a citrus based product, I'm allergic to citrus anf began to have an anaphylaxic reaction to the smell. I immediately started having trouble breathing. I walked to the desk,struggling to breath, to ask for a room on the 1st floor so i could avoid the elevator. Jesus choice to ignore I couldnt breath, my husband attempted to explain I couldn't breath and would need a room on 1st floor to avoid the elevator. By this time, I needed 2 epinephrine shots, benadryl and was unable to enjoy my granddaughter's dance finals. I have now developed a esphogitis and bronchitis, as a result of this horrible experience. This has been the worst experience i have ever had with your company. Your staff was hostile and didn't care I was struggling to breathe. My chest is so tight and I have to drive back to KY like this. I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel location to anyone after the way they treated me.
