I will say, the staff at this hotel is AMAZING!!! Several of the people that I talked to were very nice. It must be that southern hospice that I’m just not used to up north. 😂 I ended up having to switch rooms due to the air-conditioning and a need for a walk-in shower due to an injury. The staff immediately was able to get me assigned to a new room. In fact, I didn’t even need to come to the front desk to make this request. Now, I can be a stickler when it comes to hotels and I do pay attention to the minor details. The rooms need to be renovated. There’s a lot of chipped paint, severe cracks, discoloration throughout the room and mild bubbling/water damage in the ceiling in the bathrooms. To me, paying attention to this level of detail as a hotel can really just contribute to the comfortability of your guests. And id think most of that kind of stuff would be an easy fix. Just my recommendation.
