check in process: dont move any luggage, you will have to drive to a different building for your room. Restaurant adds the tip to your dinner bill automatically.

good location and convenient restaurant. That’s it

For the price of this hotel, I would have expected so much more. The restaurant was convenient, menu fairly small. We ate in once and took to go once. The food was hot to go and was a pretty good meal. The wait service while dinning in with 3 other tables was slow. My shower was clogged and showered in 4 inches of water. 20 mins from monument valley so close proximity. Front desk staff was pretty non-engaging. Outdated beat up and stained carpet and chairs.

Don't be fooled by the pictures

We stayed there for our Monument Valley visit Aug 23-25. We stayed in 3 beds family suite. When we checked in, there was a long line with one person checking in. We paid $280 a night for this hotel, which I think is expensive. There was no wifi even though they advertised with wifi. The lady at front desk said they're waiting for their Tech person. I read from other reviews that the wifi has been out for weeks before we checked in. No breakfast included, but there are fast food about walking distance from there. I think the pool is nicely located outdoor, they had rain when we were there so had to wait until they finish cleaning up. They had 2 laundry machines by our room. One side was broken so we used the other one, the washer worked, but the dryer ate our money and didn't dry. We informed the front desk but never got our money back. We had to go dry our clothes at a laundromat nearby. The location is about 30 mins from the Navajo visitor center and 40 mins from Forrest Gump Point. There is Hampton nearby, not sure if that would be a better option.

Old property needs updating

Old hotel desperately in need of updating. Worn carpet, furniture, paint, etc. No fridge or microwave in room. It was clean, though, and the bed comfortable. Food in restaurant good, though hours depend on whether they have customers.

Accueil tres desagreable, aucun sourire, hrailent l’impression de déranger, au check-out c’etait pareil. Prix tres élevé pour la chambre fournie, très bruyante, sale, sans aucun wifi alors qu’annoncé sur la presentation de l’hôtel. Nous avons de bien meilleurs chalbres ailleurs pour un prix minimum 2.fois moins élevé. 3 serviettes pour 4, arrivée tardive et chambre tres loin de l’accueil, avec la fatigue, nous n’avons pas eu le courage de retourner chercher une serviette.

Hôtel très cher pour une qualité moyenne. Pas de petit dejeuner inclus dans le prix Equipement de la chambre très moyen Pas de réfrigérateur et une climatisation très bruyante... Quant à l’espace laverie, trop peu de lave-linges (2) et sèche-linges (2) insuffisant au regard de la capacité de l’Hôtel sans compter le mauvais fonctionnement des sèche-linges (2 cycles de 45 min niveau high et linge toujours humide... Privilégiez la laverie Jod’s à 200m de l’Hôtel.
