I was disappointed regarding the reservations service. I asked if i had a ocean front room and i was told specifically "YES" the day before arrival i was told i had a ocean view and i was look at the roof. Then i was told parking was $11 and it was $15 on arrival and the big kicker was the charged my card $200 when i checked in, said they will hold it until check out and only charge me $40 for parking and $60 for something room and will total $120 so you hold $200$ Then the next day i get a notification from my bank that the hotel has charged my card an additional $62.71. I went to front desk along with 4 other guests upset wanting to know why??? I was told this keeps guests from locking their card and secures the hotel of getting their money? REALLY you just held $262.71 and not let me know anything at all!!! Thats crazy not professional and will NEVER happen AGAIN. My bank has reassured me how to block this from happening 😡

Weeklong stay Myrtle Beach

My major issues was with the room. The overall facility was awesome. The room had a leak in the toilet for several days. It took a while to get it fixed. The a/c vents were not cleaned as well as the vent in the toilet. There was mold in the shower and only one towel rack. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were to soft. The pillows also were not king pillows and the appeared to be worn out. We enjoyed the room location and the view. The breakfast was awesome and very good I would pay for it if I had to. I wish there was more parking available we had to search every night when we returned. Last thing the toilet area was dirty and not swept prior to our arrival.

Could've Been so much Better!

I was not happy with my stay. When we first came into the room the toilet seat was broken, personal safe was not working along with a hinge from under the sink that fell onto my nieces foot. The rooms are a little smaller than I expected. The breakfast and 5pm snacks were definitely not what I am used to from an Embassy Suites by Hilton. Subpar at best. Go and Get your own or try one of the local Breakfast spots. Remember to check & inspect everything when you FIRST come into your room. ******** Also, Beware******* of the additional cost that come along with this hotel--->>> there is an $100.00 per night security deposit- So, 7 days Prepare to have an additional 700. ( Oh but it will be put back on your card) Yes!! $100.00 per night that will be charged along with what you have already paid or what you will pay for lodging; In addition to the resort fees. Also note that the description on Hotels.com is different from what the hotel will give you. Ocean front is actually and Ocean View. Let me not forget to mention the rude and unknowledgeable women working at the In hotel Starbucks. Very Rude and did not even know information about food products that were sold.

Didn’t get what I paid for Did you take pictures o

There was blood in the bathroom when we checked in. Also, they only give 3 washcloths when we told them we had a party of 6. When we called to received more washcloths we was told that housekeeping didn’t have anymore available ad that was 8am in the morning. This delay us from leaving for our event. Breakfast selection was good. The breakfast area was crowded and we waited almost 20 mins to find seating with 4 kids under 5. The evening reception where you get complementary cocktails was a nice addition. However, the lines were so long and we were standing in the line for 35 minutes just for the bartender to come in the line and say I’m sorry 6pm o’clock is the cut off time even though we’ve been standing in the line since 5:30pm. This made us quite upset because we saw the bartenders just talking with the guest, making their drinks very slowly, even though they knew they had a very long line. For the amount of money we pay for our stay I was not please. This wasn’t our first time staying at the embassy and we enjoyed it the first time however, this time I will not be coming back.

Great pool amenities and view from room was stunning. Rooms are a little dated and could do with some TLC.

NMB Embassy Suites is perfect!

My stay was excellent! Accommodations were perfect, property was clean and well appointed. I loved having Starbucks in the lobby. Great location!

Love the amenities and the breakfast the staff was ok. But the room was dated and balcony door wouldn’t lock.

The bathroom was very small when we checked out the elevator wasn’t working properly luckily the man offered to take us down the service elevator. The bedroom where kind and f small. I did love the view. I didn’t like the fact that the hall smelled like marijuana

Everything was fantastic. Major congestion, trying to check out with elevators very long weights, but staff was super nice and everything went well.
