The front desk clerks were not pleasant or helpful. Our bathroom did not have a shower curtain so we couldn’t shower. There were no bugs but there was evidence that there had been. Lumpy old bed, flat pillows. The lobby was remodeled and looks nice but nothing else in the hotel was nice. We got to the hotel late after visiting family members. We slept for a few hours and then drove home. Our continental breakfast was cereal bars yogurt and hard boiled eggs. I didn’t even check out. The clerk said toss your room key in the bowl and I’ll get to it later. It is cheap and I’d rather have camped in the rain instead of staying the 6 hours we were there.

The parking lot is absolutely terrible, giant pot holes throughout. The room was a larger size and bright. I could hear the t.vs playing from the rooms beside me, conversations and people in the hallways. I believe there was blood on the t.v screen and parts of the wall of my room, the t.v remote was broken and missing the battery covering. The bed was large but uncomfortable and the room was cold, had to use the heater which did work well. I don't know if they serve breakfast or have daily house cleaning, I staid for only one night for work and will not stay there again due to all the noise from the highway and other rooms.

The conditions of the hotel are concerning. I stayed at other Days Inn before so I don’t expect a luxurious hotel but a clean and safe one. From a safety standpoint, multiple exterior doors are not working with broken glass and none of the doors are secured by keycards. Anyone can get in and out of the guest rooms area. The hallways smell like cigarettes, even though it is supposed to be non-smoking facility. The towels are old and dingy and thin, like it’s been washed a thousand times. Free breakfast includes some donuts, cereal and hard boiled eggs. Parking lots are full of pot holes. It was kind of a scary experience and we were literally feared for our safety and concerned our car would be broken into.

The desk staff who checked us in were friendly. There was caution tape on a broken glass door in the back of the building where we were told to park and enter because it was close to the room we were given. There were people doing something next to an outbuilding that made us feel a bit unsafe or unsure. Continental breakfast was not good. Coffee was not good.

I never had an issue with any hotel for my stays. The staff was friendly and at least honest about the rooms. We arrived, it was very clean in the lobby but as soon as we got the room. We had stain everything from pillows to towels and even the comforter. We had to go to Walmart to get towels and pillows. The bed sheets had burn marks from cigarettes even tho i requested a non smoking room due to asthma. We even had to buy cleaning wipes to wipe down the bathroom and fridge. The manager immediately approvdd our refund aftwr we complained varies of time of the fridge not working. He is the only reason i am giving them 2 stars. Definitely need to do better job for a hotel.

All of the staff I encountered were very friendly. Handled everything fairly. Room wasn’t the worst but definitely needs better maintenance. Lots of stains on beds and towels. Very limited supply seems like. But for what I paid. Can’t really complain.

I didn't like that the sheets and mattress had stains. The room was neat, but not thoroughly clean. The room had a musty smell.
