Goodt for price in that area

Last minute booking glad we were able to find something cheaper on hotels.com. we paid $155 plus tax for the room but in person it was 178 plus tax. The room looked cleaned had no smell and water pressure was great, come with the small bottle complimentary soap, body lotion but the problem was the water was brown tint. We still showered brushed teeth and so forth but wanted to give anyone looking a heads up. We got to breakfast at 09 closed at 10 but majority of the food was gone i didn't wait around to see if they refilled but we grabbed 4 pop tarts (mainly breads items and boiled eggs left) and left. Over the place was good for last stop and needing a place to lie your head.

Awful awful awful

Everything was awful! We got to the hotel and while walking into the building the hallway to go to our room smelled awful. There were dirt in all of the corners and edges of the walls. We got to our room and our key wouldn’t work but after repeatedly trying it finally unlocked. Immediately upon entering the air conditioner smelled like cat urine which gave the entire room a strong odor. The mirrors all had hand marks and smears of soap or other stuff on them. The chair in the room was filthy and stained beyond belief with dirt and dust all over the floor in the room. We immediately returned to the front desk and explained our awful the room was and we wanted a refund because we will NOT be returning!

It was dirty, noisy people next door. Front desk said they weren’t noisy and gave us another room, but they continued to more or less tell us we were wrong, so we left and didnt stay. I booked thru Hotels.com, I want my money back. I have never been treated this way and have stsyed

I HOPE YALL PAY ATTENTION

Everything on the bed down to the mattress stained so bad I was shocked it was even made like it was. In the bathroom only clean was the shower but that toilet & bathroom sink smh crazy but what really caught my attention is when I took my shoes off I had on a fresh pair of white socks, by I say 1am they were dark brown which indicated the floor might get swept but definitely doesn’t get mopped. Overall cleanliness of the room I give it a straight up 2/10

Dont stay here

Dirty rooms, long wait at desk and nobody answers the phone when you call, loud doors, gross water quality, ok buffet, 2 day stay- after 1 day card didnt work. Then when we went to get the card re-acctivated, we just said the room number and they reactivated it with no name or ID. So anyone can go into any room, anytime just by saying the number? No locks on outdoor doors, so anyone can enter at any time. Really bright outside lights go through the curtains. We stay in Erie often and this was my least favorite by far.

Nightmare

I will never stay there again. First, the phone didn’t work, there was blood stains in the chair, the hotel provided no water (unheard of), there was only 1 towel and one wash rag in the bathroom. When I requested more they were stained and looked like towels used at the pool. The bathroom had stains everywhere and the toilet seat was broken. It was the worse experience ever.

Not the Ritz

Just passing through. Cigarette smoke smell is throughout the hotel. Staff helpful and moved us when a tipper dog was behind the door across from our first room. Shower, bed and a/c all good and had breakfast and back on the road in am. Ok for the least expensive hotel around.

Just passing through

We stayed one night, just passing through while on traveling to our vacation destination. In our opinion the room we were given was in need of serious TLC. The staff were friendly and helpful and continental breakfast was a hit.

Disgusting

This was the absolute worst hotel that I have ever seen. Our toilet was broken, they gave us pool towels rather than real towels, doors were propped open for a lack of security and if you needed assistance no one was around to help you. We actually checked out the first morning after we arrived due to the horrid conditions shown at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Never again

Hotel is not as pictured. Out dated and it was dirty. Towels were old and musty. Bed looked like it was already slept in. It was super soft like sleeping on a marshmallow. Pillows were flat and small. Shower water went down very slow. Toilet backed up almost thought it was going to overflow. Thank god it didn't. Place looked like a cheap motel not a hotel. Will never stay there again.

Our stay at Days Inn

Overall our experience was a good one. The room was in good shape and appeared to be clean. Upon closer inspection the shower curtain needed to be washed. The bottom 6 inches was stained pinkish brown from mold or rust in the water. Since there was no notice in our room that housekeeping worked only every other day, we put our used towels on the floor before we left for the day. Upon returning in the evening we found the towels still on the floor and the beds unmade. The people at the desk were gracious and quickly replaced the used towels for clean ones. The breakfast was very nice and it was good to see that offering a free breakfast has returned after COVID restrictions. Over all, the experience was good and we may book again when in Erie but there were a few issues which need to be addressed.
