Hotel room was clean and check in was ok there was two front desk clerks and it took awhile to check in but got checked in had to move from room 507 to 717 and it was a better move but overall it was a good night's sleep

Valentine’s Day date.
Had a great stay. Saw a concert at the MGM and the shuttle was super convenient. Staff was really nice. My only complaint was the seating in the part of the restaurant my husband and I sat in was quite stark. It was Valentine’s Day and it was not very romantic. But the food was good.

A Comfortable, Clean, and affordable hotel.
I always enjoy my stay at The Harborside Hotel when I visit the DMV. The hotel is always very clean, the personnel are friendly and helful, and the food served at their restaurant is always on point.

Tired night
Staff was amazing and got me to my room but when i got to the newly renovated room the toilet didnt flush and curtains were dirty other than that i slept well cause i was tired i didnt take pictures cause the toilet was not in good standing

Extremely disappointed
We arrived to a polite staff at the front desk. The room was clean and you can tell that reviews freshly painted. The toiletries were used and partly empty. On Saturday evening the people in the next room were so loud that we could not sleep until the wee hours. The next corner informed the front desk and they did nothing. While we were gone out for the day the housekeeper never came by to refresh the room or the towels. We had to ask for fresh toiletries, towels, coffee and water. The next morning at 6:37am the housekeeper was in the next room and was obnoxiously loud. My husband went over when it was apparent that she wasn’t stopping. She said that she didn’t speak English and shrugged her shoulders and went back to cleaning and banging on the walls and being very loud. I called down to the front desk to ask for them to stop as we were trying to sleep. Again the load noise continued for over an hour. We felt very unwelcome and felt like they were trying to make us leave early. This was very unacceptable. I went downstairs to request to speak to a manager and I was refused by the lady at the front desk. Again we were disregarded. After we left we called to speak to a manager on multiple occasions and we had to leave messages. No one got back to us. I finally after days was able to get a manager on the phone. He was polite and listened to my complaints and in the end nothing was resolved

Customer service needs to be improved
he front desk lady (who had red hair and a hand tattoo) was unfriendly and went to speak with the manager about the reservation. It took more than 30 minutes to check in. When the manager came to finish the check in process, he did not apologize for the process taking long and was defensive. The lady with the red hair also looked annoyed and did not apologize either. They both could use a refresher on customer service. The room needed some touch ups as there were gaps in the baseboard and wall.
