Location is great for downtown and proximity to pier. However, so many things not so great about this hotel.
1. Like others have stated, the elevator capacity/wait is unreal. I was on 7th floor and opted to walk down the stairs each day rather than waiting 15 minutes. Both elevators were operational, but wait times worst I've ever experienced.
2. The rooms are tiny/small, which was fine for myself, but so small that there was no were to put my toiletry kit in bathroom.
3. Bathroom smelled very odd. It may have been over-cleaned/chemicals to get previous occupant smoke smell out or maybe vomit.....couldn't tell, but it was not good. Not bad enough that I was going to waste time requesting room change.
4. Staff were generally friendly, but in a bit of an "annoyed" way when requesting anything.
5. Headboard was deteriorating. Looked like sun damage, but room had the smallest window looking out to another building 4' away, so couldn't be sun damage!
I should have stayed at Holiday Inn down the road.....
