We stayed here over the weekend of May 30th and couldn't figure out who is giving such great ratings to this hotel. From the minute I walked into the hotel it looked dated and it is in a not attractive part of Livingston next to railroad tracks. I spent all of 10 minutes in the room before I began sneezing and my nose was running non-stop. All of the carpeting is old and dated as well as the furniture. My allergies didn't stop until I checked out - EARLY. Danny, the hotel manager, still charged me for the 2nd day even though I explained my allergies were triggered. I even took a picture and video after I wiped the top of my headboard and the tissue was almost black. Also, the pool is "out of service for maintenance" and the front desk person told me it's very clearly written on their website. 1) All they did was delete it from the amenities list and 2) The picture of a beautiful, gleaming pool is the 4th picture in their photo gallery... It was a terrible experience, I was there for less than 10 hours because we couldn't get out of there fast enough and it cost me almost $400. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE GOOD REVIEWS and if you are allergic to dust, stay far away. Also, the breakfast was bare bones, no French toast or waffles, and items refilled only if you ask.
