I had 10 rooms, paid for 2 nights for two rooms so when they arrived early next day they would be able to get right in to their room. Called hotel night before they assured me
no problem since I paid for two nights, they would be able to have early check in, but when they arrived around 9:00 am, they were told and would not let them in their room even though it was paid for. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible service
Started at check-in on a Saturday night at 7pm having only one person working the desk with 13-14 people in line. No internet in my room and the desk guy told me I was doing it wrong 4 times and said he couldn’t help me. I stay in hotels 1-2 weeks a month, I know how to login to the internet. It kept saying that I didn’t exist in tha system even tho he could find me. I had to call from my phone bc my room phone didn’t work. The dinner I ordered down at the bar was undercooked and the desert was melted by the time I got it, not to mention that I just gave up on waiting for the coffee I ordered.
Very disappointed at the lack of service and convenience from a Hotel of that star level.
