Lady at check-in was friendly, kind, efficient and a great conversationalist. Cute panache with the silk neck scarf as well. Rooms are nice and reasonably priced. Lobby and hallway art elevate the decor. It is time to retire the carpets- dull, tired and dirty. Thanks

Family Thanksgiving Trip
Good stay overall. Check in was slow as clerk was new and did not see any support. Someone was assigned my room a few minutes after I unpacked trying to enter with a key card. He went back down got a new room. Had to ask for towels on the 3rd day.

The facility does not change your bed sheet unless you have been staying there for 6 days. That's wrong and nasty on several levels. Also you have to bring down your dirty towels to get clean ones. The curtain in the room had stains on it like the roof or window is leaking and it smelt bad. We had to ask for the broken toilet seat to be changed.

Check-in was smooth. However, my child got sick at the property overnight, and the next morning I needed housekeeping to freshen up the room with new linens. My husband informed the front desk about the situation. The response we received was pitiful. I wasn't expecting housekeeping to handle the dirty sheets; I had already put them in a garbage bag, which my husband explained. For housekeeping to be nasty and say that's all they were doing is unacceptable. If you don't like your job, find a new career because the compassion was lacking. I hope the nasty lady doesn't have kids. To add to this, the lazy housekeeper left the mattress pad with vomit on it and just put clean sheets on top.

Well first off I wanna say that the motel was very clean and neat !! Everything had its own place the room I stayed in was spacious they had breakfast. I wasn't able to try it bc I had to rush out early ! I did have coffee it was mediocre. Now on to the customer service side !! Upon arrival there was no front desk clerk I had to wait a couple minutes. When she finally arrived she was somewhat friendly ,but rude and bougie at the same time . She did not go over the hotel rules like she should have ! Her main focus was stereotyping as a drug dealer and a user! So she made sure to clarify that Using,Selling,and making /cooking drugs was strictly prohibited. Then proceeded to give me my room key. So I myself will not be going back to the sleep inn at all !!!!!! But that's just me so please feel free to be your own judge
