Absolutely perfect. Staff is unmatched, hotel is gorgeous, sand and beach service top notch. Will be staying again.

Newly remodeled and opened property in October 2019. All rooms have a view of the beach. The bedrooms are at the back entrance, bathroom in the middle and living room facing the balcony/beach. For the regular rooms, you pay for more balcony (sitting rather than just standing) and better views. There is a fridge with refreshments ($) and bar tools for mixing. The glasses are crystal and the coffee makers are chemex pour overs. The soap is Aesop ($$$). The couches are insanely comfortable and wide with Apple TV’s in the bedroom and living rooms. You can stream Netflix and I mirrored amazon prime from my phone easily. The service is superb. This is where the hotel shines. People remember your name and preferences. A cooler with water is set next to you on the beach when you arrive daily. There are paddle boards, kayaks, a few kid toys and snorkels for free if you request them. The drinks and food is getting polished, but the fish tacos and bowls are absolutely fabulous. I would only suggest, more vegetables with them! The service at the restaurant is a bit spotty and the prices are just a touch high, but this Cayman and everything is expensive. The beach is fantastic as expected with very little coral and soft white sand. They have circular floating rafts a bit out that you can relax on and really made the experience in the ocean all the more wonderful. After staying at other resorts with our small child, this one made both of us say we’re 100% coming back.

Newly renovated property, so not as full as others, but beautiful and well-maintained. Very attentive staff. Only negative is that the bill was inaccurate, so be sure to check your bill and dispute any discrepancies while you are on the property.

Everything was great except for our 3rd night, the housekeeper didn’t do a good job. Didn’t clean the tub after we used it, didn’t replenish water, coffee and didn’t clean the terrace.
