PS Café is popular for its tasty, simple international menu, and a chic European vibe. Surrounded by greenery with a kind of village feel, the Dempsey Hill branch draws crowds in thanks to it's slightly out of town location. It takes around 15 minutes to get there from the city center, either via taxi or bus.
You can reach PS Café within 10 minutes' walk from the Botanic Gardens, and it's perfect for a bite to eat after strolling around the park. The crowd is a mix of Singaporeans and ex-pats, but those who don’t like the buzz of a busy restaurant should beware, PS Café is family-friendly and there will be plenty of youngsters enjoying the open space of the front lawn.

On the way up Dempsey Hill, you’ll pass a white stone chapel that once belonged to the British Army based in this area. Restored and turned into the Alice in Wonderland inspired White Rabbit restaurant serving European classics, this romantic spot is perfect for dinner for 2 or for a casual brunch at weekends.
Finding the restaurant is easy, it’s only a few minutes’ walk up Harding Road from the Botanic Gardens or 15 minutes by taxi from central Singapore. It gets busy at its Sunday brunches, so book ahead if you can (though the folks here are so friendly they will try to squeeze you in).
