No water due to boiler issues and no parking
There was no water due to some boiler issues and no parking permits available. I had to pay $60 to park the vehicle at a garage for overnight. The staff answer for everything was we have notifications posted on the lift and in front of the registration counter about parking permits and no water from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If this was the case then some notification of such kind should display when booking the hotel, not when we come for check in. Very disappointing service. Never coming and not recommending anyone

Very loud. Could hear everything through the wall and in the halls. Lots of screaming and yelling. Cold water most of the time for showers and watching hands.

Ok hotel, not exceptional not bad
Parking experience wasn't pleasant. Hotel doesn't offer personal care e.g shampoo, tooth brush/paste etclike other hotels do in the area. It was ok experience.

The hotel was situated in an amazing location close to everything. The staff was excellent. My only complaint is the noise every night from a house behind the hotel. Closed the window and it was fine.

Kind of scary
Pretty bad neighborhood. Black electrical type tape holding down the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. Only 2 very small wall lamps in the room (besides the bathroom light) which made it hard to see. Vey loud...the room doors were designed to slam shut which happened at all hours.

Affordable but could be better
Affordable hotel that delivers in line with proce you pay. Good bedroom but no clean service every day, what is not acceptable once you pay daily by the room. Expensive parking (20.00/day) not guaranteed due to few positions available. For sure the service should be better.

Funcionários extremamente grosseiros. O quarto não é limpo e não tem nenhuma comodidade. O local é próximo a calçada da fama porém é bem mal frequentado com moradores de rua, ficamos inseguros de andar à noite . Estávamos de carro e o anúncio garantia estacionamento incluso, porém ao chegar lá fomos cobrados em 20 dólares a diária que deveria ser paga todos os dias as 8 da manhã . Ou seja tínhamos que acordar cedo e descer para pagar pois não poderia pagar antecipado . Não indico o hotel . Caso queira se hospedar na região repense esse local e pesquise melhor por outro hotel . Nós nos arrependemos de ter ficado lá .
