Short visit
I don't usually do all inclusives but I was there to hang out with some of my friends for a few days and it was amazing the staff was very attentive. The pool was comfortable always seem to be enough chairs. Food was good, the fire show was amazing. It's going to Cozumel again I would definitely consider staying there

Little Gem close to San Miguel
This resort is close to town so nice to be able to walk to San Miguel de Cozumel. Smaller property with a great pool. Beach side across the street is lovely. Everyone on the staff was great, shout out to the activities crew, Juanita, Jesus, and Diego. Thank you Cynthia in the dining area for letting me practice my Spanish.

There were daily activities but it wasnt always clear on the time & place of the activity. Food was acceptable to good, depending on what was being served on the buffet. Staff was very friendly - especially Suny (activities staff) and Kiera (outside wait staff).

Room is reasonable and beds comfortable. Several drinking water dispensers available in the halls. Food is fine. Had a few items I really liked. Drinks are good. They even have a little bar close to the oceanside seating areas. Dive boat pickup is convenient and the lockers at the dock keep from having to carry gear back to the room. Provided entertainment most nights. Can walk to town.

Great location and place to stay. Food and service was outstanding. A/C and hot water was excellent especially since past stays it was sub par. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Great snorkeling right off their beach. Great pool!

Had requested room close to elevator/lobby and they took us to the farthest building, which made it difficult to walk because of leg/back difficulties. Staff excellent including Joaquin, Suny, Keira, Camino and all the other people we interaccted with during our stay.

We liked the proximity to the downtown area and having access to the ocean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We got the all inclusive option. We didn’t care for the food. Not much flavor. Even after adding some of the available salsas, it still was missing something. We may do the breakfast only plan next time. The margaritas were made with a drink mix instead of squeezed lime juice, triple sec, and tequila. (Had a sugar substitute flavor too). Tried a Paloma and they used squirt instead of grapefruit juice. Drinks were acceptable, but not great. The house red wine was really nice though. The evening entertainment was pretty good.

First, a shout out to the concierge and one of the security staff for reviewing security footage to help us locate a lost phone! Above and beyond! The property looks a lot nicer in the photos, and 4 restaurants are really just 4 areas to eat buffet food - one meal is served in each area. the "special dinner" was only a couple nights a week, and they didn't tell you about it. the buffet food was average - one night everything was cold. but the workers are hard working. Snorkeling off the property was very good.
