Emergency stay
Booked after our United flight out of STT was cancelled. Very nice property. Food was delayed which isn’t usually a problem in the islands except everyone who arrived after us was served first and we were starving. The property wasn’t open early so we had to find our way to leave and get a taxi. It’s hilly so dragging a bag wasn’t easy. Lovely escort ride on the golf cart to our room when we arrived.

Good for the price.
Having a lot of hotel amenities was not important to us as we spend our time on excursions, etc, needing the hotel only for sleeping. Bluebeard is good for that. The walk to local restaurants and shopping is quite a journey, so you will either have to rent a car ( they drive on the left ) or taxi everywhere. Be careful of a few of the cab drivers up charging you. A mixed bag of good and not so good attitudes with the staff, which is what you will find throughout the island. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

Customer Services
Amenities, Rooms and access was very nice. Unfortunately they were few rude employees at the consierge front desk. This not only happened to me, they were other guesses complaining about mean treatment.

This property offers amazing views of Downtown St. Thomas. The guy that checked us in was a bit slow (Shawn) but Miss Jackie! Miss Jackie is a star. She stopped helping the other front desk agent for a min to assist in locating our reservation (which only took about 1 min). Even though you could walk, I would recommend taking a Taxi. Not sure about the food as we did not dine there. Lots of parking.

Very friendly
We were only there for one night due to a Spirit flight cancellation (surprise surprise). From the woman and check in to the bell hop and waiter at the restaurant, everyone was so kind and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were so nice. I am very thankful this is the hotel we chose to stay in for the night.
