Best Property in Pensacola
Absolutely stunning property, in a great location. Everything was perfect during our stay. Especially enjoyed the refillable water and coffee/tea location. The owners have truly thought of every small detail from the iHome charging station to the Bluetooth record player. Sister Hen and Brother Fox are amazing additions and I can’t wait to come back and experience Cousin Wolf. I will recommend this property to everyone I know.

May be Boutique but not service.
Hotel decor is very nice. Has resturaunt and bar onsite. Speakeasy is so much fun and great bartenders. No on site staff. No one picks up the trash or cleans the cups, resupplies coffee station or TP. Had to get TP and towels on my own. Not impressed.

Great weekend get away!
Hotel was amazing! The food downstairs at Brother Fox was great also. The only drawback this weekend was the hotel advertised room service for breakfast. I ordered and paid then waited an hour with no delivery. Tried to call the number and no one answered. I later found the kitchen manager who was able to refund my money. It worked out but we were late to our appointment. Why advertise it?

Wonderful experience. Not your typical hotel. Check-in was different but not a problem at all. Would definitely recommend. Parking was a little challenge but again, not a big issue.

It was clean but the room was not ready for us. No hand towel, water bottle was empty, clock radio time had not been changed. Brother Fox and Sister Hen were not open on Monday. Disappointing after all the hype buildup.

Excellent Choice in Pensacola
The owners have done a wonderful job gutting the old building. Tastefully decorated. The staff led by Kari is excellent. I think the best is yet to come when the restaurant is open 7 days a week vs. Weds-Sunday currently and they are working on the food truck that will serve breakfast. There are a few spaces (maybe 6 or so) for parking. It's best if you have a rental car to drive 2-3 minutes to downtown but ubers are quick. We walked to dinner one night (13 mins) and uber'd back. No issue for our group but there is not a "front desk" so it's self check in (I did it from the phone) and you'll receive a code to enter the front door and your room. Nothing difficult but if "tech" frustrates you just plan ahead slightly. We are probably going to stay at Lily Hall every time we are on business in Pensacola. There is not a gym on site but there is a YMCA that's a 4 min drive. They have day passes for non-members. We all agreed it's the best option in Pensacola by far. If I was a company and needed 15 rooms for a team working session, this place is ideal.

Property is beautiful and super-clean and tidy. Updated with handsome appointments in the common areas. Very convenient location for quick access to all the best that Pensacola offers. My wife and I both agree this is a five star stay. No question! We were surprised (and slightly disappointed) with the size of our room. Very nice, comfy bed with roomy, dual bedside tables with power/charging capabilities built in. Nice. There is not a sitting area. Pretty much a room with a bed, small chest of drawers (including mini-fridge) with attached desktop, lamp, and one chair. Suitcase stand at the foot of the bed. No closet. Small (but very efficient) brass valet and unique "wooden wall buttons" for hanging clothes. The luxurious bathroom with walk-in rain shower offset any shortcomings for our one-night staycation. Had we stayed longer, the tight (but efficient) space may have closed in a bit. Again, we had a wonderful stay and attention to detail and the appointments at this property are impeccable. Highly recommend.

"Beautiful"
Our visit was lovely. The room was small, but gorgeous! I have never loved a bathroom so much! The floor to ceiling tile was fabulous! The bedroom decor was beautiful, as well. The search for the speakeasy was great fun. Communication was good. Access to the room was good. The bed was comfortable. All in all, a wonderful stay! Will be remembered for a long time as one of our favorite lodging experiences!
