Place was clean and cute. Inside unit, all furniture and pull out couch were way outdated. Not comfy. The walls are very thin, could hear Neighbor’s every move. Frustrating.

Budget Apts. Good Value
The overall experience was good enough. We were looking for a place with a kitchen, living room and pool not a far drive to the beach. The location was great lots of dining, and shops in walking distsmce. We booked a King Bed and arrived to a Queen. They moved us the next day.....we wished we stayed as the queen bed waz amazing and apt was much cleaner and in better cindition. Our new place had mold on bathroom ceiling and it just looked worn down. The furniture in both places waa cheap and sofas not comfy. The pool and grounds were maintained well and you could smell Jasmine each evening. The price we paid was under $150 so it was a good value. The company Lowkal has many older apt complexes convert to rentals and a a central mgt service that answer the phone and help.

Great stay
This was my very first experience booking this one king studio unit. After registration, I received a text message o gain access to the property. The property was clean and ready. Full kitchen and it just felt like i left my home and entered another home. Check out was extremely easy just check out via text. I will rebook again. You can communicate via text or the app and they are very responsive and respectful.

The area the Jasmine was located in was very safe and quiet. The property itself was very private. The courtyard with the pool was surrounded by tall bushes so couldn’t be seen from the street which was a good thing. Our apartment was clean and spacious. The staff was very accommodating. Any question I emailed them was quickly answered. We would definitely stay here again.

Alquilamos 2 habitaciones con la idea de estar juntos pero nos mandaron a pisos distintos. No hubo buena comunicación previa para ayudarnos con el check in. Mucho ruido por obras, que duraron 2 días enteros de mi estadía. Equipamiento incompleto en la cocina, control remoto sin pilas para la TV, mal olor en los pasillos.

tive muita dificuldade de entrar na propriedade. Nao recebi o questionario um dia antes. chegou quando ja estava em Miami. O sofa cama de pessima qualidade. Travesseiros muito ruins. As fotos enganam. No dia seguinte depois das reclamacoes trocaram o colchao e os traveseeiros. Toalhas muito ruins.

Huge apartment for a one bdrm
I was very impressed. The unit was huge compared to any and all listings that bear similiar descriptions and stats. The property management staff is extremely attentive. They stay in communication every step of the way throughout your stay. I would rent from them again and recommend the to friends. Thanks guys. I enjoyed my stay.
