Comfy beds leaky fridge
The room was clean and comfortable. The tv didn't work and we were not given the wifi password. The fridge leaked and made a huge puddle on the floor which was weird since there was nothing in it.

Good but not great
They were very nice during check-in. Breakfast was good but could use jelly and a working drink dispenser. Room was nice, cabin-like with high ceiling. TV is Samsung TV, lots of channels but no locals or sports. Great location.

Check in was very easy. Breakfast choices were good. Quiet. Beds were comfortable. On the downside the was a bit of a musty order. Didn’t notice it any more after we were in the room a few minutes. AC was very loud. No drain stopper in the sink. Made me nervous I would drop something and it would disappear down that black hole. Bathroom was tight. Had to practically stand in the tub to close the door which didn’t close all the way. The tub drained very slowly. I was standing in two inches of water before my shower was finished. We stayed on the second floor. If climbing stairs is an issue at all, it would be difficult as there is no functional hand rail. They are purely decorative. The place needs some work, but was convenient for us.

Great location, friendly staff. For the price, it's a good deal. But the property - inside and out - needs updating. Overall, everything is clean. Slight musty smell to our first floor room. Furniture is a bit rundown. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bath towels are far too small. Breakfast was fair. Nice that they have waffle makers. Coffee was terrible though.

Not what the pictures look like when the it comes to the property. Also what we received for a room was not what we had booked. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was questionable as we were itchy after our stay here.

Great accommodating staff and great location! Walkable town and Island Creamery is a minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy, the cleanliness is ok too. Keep in mind that people go to the beach there, so there is sand. Some things on the room are falling apart but they aren't essential and the price is great and so is the staff!
