Epic place to stay in Fort Lauderdale without car.
The place is immaculate, staff is top notch. Security in front and in parking garage makes it a safe place with great walkable options at the riverfront for dining. I would say the one thing that could make it better would be for them to ditch the intense fragrance all over the lobby, elevators, hallways. It's just too much. I don't need to feel like I can taste it in my mouth.

Awesome FLOW Ft. Lauderdale
The Fort Lauderdale flow was one of the better Hotel experiences we have had in our travels. It was easy to find, maybe a little tricky to find the front door, the lobby the spacious and the staff were awesome. In our case it was a little bit of a maze to find our room through hallways, and the elevator is a little bit disguised if it's your first time here. Our room was outstanding, one of the best most thought out rooms I have stayed in. Creature Comforts were everywhere and carefully thought out. Our particular room was a Corner Room of sorts that had a view of the river and the museum . While we loved it and enjoyed hearing everyone on the riverfront , some folks might want to know ahead of time there are train tracks there are frequent trains . I would stay in the same room again because they did not bother us but good to know . I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Flow Team.

Location - but very noisy
Top location at river walk. But it is all about the location: very noisy train tracks right next to the right of the hotel: trains running whole night. On top is ‚the wharf club‘ right left of the hotel: so no sleep until 2am possible. Service at reception is lacking too in evening/ night hours, daytime service was good. Consider: no phones in rooms: you will have to walk downstairs for any request. Window screens were broken.

Very pretty upscale building. Confusing at times. Lobby is not really on the first floor. It’s on the second. Bar left a lot to be desired. No top shelf. A martini with pouring vodka…I think not! Food was good.

Not really hotel vibe
So i really wouldn't consider this property a hotel. Its basically a condo building with tenants that have hotel guests as well. The front desk were very friendly but the few times i approached the desk they were dealing with local people trying to sell units at the property. There are no phones in the rooms so its odd if u were to have an emergency. The "hotel" area of the building are on lower floors and the building does sit next to a train track with active trains going by. The rooms were small but nicely furnished and clean. Also i wasnt aware that parking was $45 per night plus fees. Almost $100 for 2 nights of parking. The location was perfect for the family event i was attending but would definitely not go out of my way to stay at this property again if i was once again visiting...
