1*. Never Again!
Condition of the room was disgusting. Couch was stained. Room felt muggy and smelled of mold. We were transferred to another room but the key didnt work. 3rd room was marginally better but had old milk and beer. Its obvious the cleaning is not a priority for this hotel. Overall experience was not pleasant. We will not be staying here again.

Not the best La Quinta
Pros: The room was decently clean other than the stained sheets. AC, hot water, lights, and bathroom fan worked fine. Toiletries and towels were stocked. Cons: Bathtub had rust spots and the caulking was peeling. Fridge didn't get very cold. TV has seen better days. Our hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like wet dog. Breakfast was underwhelming and not well stocked. No water available to fill my water bottle (water fountain didn't work and water dispenser was empty). Staff was friendly but hardly ever at the front desk.

Tomball La Quinta
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The A/C was extremely loud while it ran. The chair in the room needed an extreme cleaning and it was also uncomfortable. The toilet wouldn't flush TP unless it was a "direct hit" into the water. The shower/tub needed recaulking and the white enamel was pealing off of it.

Was given room that was still occupied. Then given a room that was dirty and not clean. Pubic hair on toilet seat, dirty floors, stained couch, and stinky pillow that smelled like dead road kill. HORRIBLE and will not stay there again! We didn’t get a double bed like I booked, but at least we got somewhat of a discount for it after I asked if they would be compensating me for wrong room!

I was a little disappointed by the quality of the king suite. It felt more like a palace inn and it just didn’t feel comfortable or clean. There was someone else’s make up on the floor in the bathroom and the couch was really really stained with what sprayed to be body sweat. The decor was old and just felt like it needed a really good update and cleaning. But the rest of the hotel is wonderful and they have great breakfast! The front desk people are always kind and helpful as well! They have a well stocked convenience store center, great coffee 24/7, 2 computers to use if needed, a pool that is a decent size with a mobility lift. They have a small meeting room and gym as well. I would have given a 5 of it wasn’t due the room. We’ve stayed here several times in many rooms but that one was not ok.

Great property but had very very loud people above us. They started stomping and running before 6 am. Called the front desk and they said they’d give them a call. Keep going well past 7 so we called again. Front desk said “they’ve already been told so they should stop soon”. I was then told “they are checking out today anyways”. Well that does not help if I cant sleep. It genuinely sounded like WWE wrestling above us. Overall, super unhappy with how it was handled and how little the front desk girl cared.

Rust stains in the bath tub. Bathroom door was all rotted at the bottom. Stains on washcloths and the chair…I wouldn’t have sat in it to save my life!
