Convenient, Comfortable, and Friendly
Had a comfortable stay at Moet Hotel. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to the lively Provenza Lane, perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish – Google Translate made communication seamless. The only slight downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit cramped. Also, due to the close proximity to Provenza, music could be heard in the room until late at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, a great experience with an amazing location and friendly service!

Vil ikke anbefale Hotel Moet, første rommet vi fikk tildelt var rett over nabobaren som spilte musikk non stopp frem til 02:30 på natten. Vi fikk deretter bytte rom til et med en lekkende AC. Dusjen skifter også mellom veldig varmt og veldig kaldt vann. I tillegg er område ikke noe hyggelig sammenlignet med de andre hotellene og hostelene i El Poblado. De ansatte prøvde å hjelpe, men det hjalp dessverre lite når du ikke fikk sove eller dusje ordentlig.

Thanks but no thanks
When I first checked in the front desk girl insisted I had not paid for the hotel yet only reserved I corrected her and showed her my receipt that said paid then she got on the phone and her manager also said I needed to pay then somehow they looked through another system and "oh yes its paid" but no sorry or anything I personally think that was so rude then whenever I'd walk by the front desk she'd be looking at her phone while talking to me. I complained about my room the toilet seat was loose/wrong size and shower only sprayed hot or cold nothing in between nothing was fixed. Good luck trying to have fun here they have lots of restrictions it felt like a trap its in a party zone but they're trying for the uppity family spot

The only problem with this hotel is the absence of room windows. This may be tolerated for a short stay 1 or 2 nights at most, but not for a longer stay, according to me. I would like anyway to thank Mr. Juan Carlos and his staff for their warm assistance

Álvaro y Julián fueron muy amables y me ayudaron en todos los aspectos. Yo estaba viajando sola y ambos me ayudaron desde cargando mi maleta por las escaleras hasta ayudarme con direcciones y programación de tours. Excelente servicio y ubicación. This places is horrible DO NOT STAY HERE full of prostitues and drug dealers out side, the music is extremely like extremely loud even with the door close you hear everything, THE BATHROOM DOESN'T HAVA A DOOR!!! The staff incredible unprofessional and rude, the worst experience of my life!!!
