Lacking customer service/attention to details.
Don't expect to have useful details shared with you unless you think to ask. There was no information shared with us at check-in or in our room stating when check-out was or when the continental breakfast ended. Apparently, breakfast was part of our package, but there was no information shared concerning the when, where, or what of this perk ... & the attitude when we checked with the Front Desk Staff was, "oh well, you missed it!" Also, check the details of your room. There was one tissue left in the box. Additionally, the room does not have a microwave. You'll need to return to the lobby, in your pjs, to pop your popcorn.
