I made the effort to stay there to have a short but comforting break. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The assigned room did not match the reservation, I requested a change accordingly and had to pay for an upgrade. They only have two elevators… and one was NOT working during my entire stay! This resulted in a lot of time spent getting from the 9th floor, and we were crammed in with so many guests trying to catch the elevator. The worst part was that on the first morning I woke up, I saw the comforter in the sunlight… and it was super dirty, full of mold, disgusting! The hotel just changed it… without too much concern or compensation. I hope no guest has to go through that again.
