Quarto bem limpo, amplo .. equipe educada, apesar q esquecemos nossa mochila no hotel e não aceitaram por no uber para pegarmos no aeroporto.. conclusão: voltamos p Brasil sem a mochila pq não havia tempo e ir e voltar sem perder o voo. Mas acredito q essa conduta seja cultural d americanos e não do hotel especificamente. D resto foi tudo ótimo. Café da manhã apesar d mta variedade eh bem cheio, vc fica bastante tempo na fila p pegar um walfler.

Toda a equipe é muito simpática, e nos atenderam super bem, nos 17 dias que ficamos, especialmente a Beverly, sempre atenta e pronta para ajudar. O quarto é amplo, limpo e com cozinha equipada com mesa, geladeira, fogão eletrico e frigobar, e o melhor de tudo é que o chao não é de carpete! Nao tem comida no café da manha, apenas café, condizente com o preço cobrado na região, já que os hoteis q oferecem buffet de café da manha são bem mais caros, por isso tomamos nosso café no quarto, que é bem equipado. A limpeza do quarto é feita somente a cada 14 dias, o que para mim nao foi um problema. A localização é otima, se for para os parques da Universal vale a pena ir de Uber, pois fica mais barato que pagar pelo estacionamento do parque. Dá para ir andando para a varios restaurantes na internacional drive. Com certeza vale o custo beneficio, e por isso me hospedaria novamente.

Pessoa que nos atendeu no check-in foi extremamente mau humorada. A localização do Hotel é excelente, cama e travesseiros sao bem confortáveis. Mas a limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar. Durante 11 dias que estivemos hóspedados nao houve limpeza do quarto.

Na Recepção ok! Sem problemas O quarto estava organizando, limpo e tudo ok! Cafe da manhã que é rápido de fato é super simples cafe, agua quente, bolinhos e barrinhas de ceral semente. Corredores e elevador falta limpeza diaria. Havia um acesso no final do corredor para a escada de incêndio que acessar a parte de tras do hotel e era extremamente movimento onde qualquer pessoa poderia acessar o hotel

Room was decent. Bed was hard as a rock. Like sleeping on the floor. The front desk lady was kinda rude or possibly just ready to get off.... AC was cold was a plus for us. The entire place smelt funny and had a few different smells. The parking is kinda tiny. Nice part is the rooms are relatively quiet. Overall you get what you pay for. Good price though.

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked this hotel 2–3 days in advance for a trip with my family of six (myself, my girl, our two kids, and my in-laws). After driving nearly 3 hours, we arrived—only to walk into a completely unattended front desk. After waiting a while, a woman finally showed up, but she was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t want to be there. To make things worse, our room wasn’t even ready, and she told us that they didn’t know there would be six of us, even though it was clearly part of the reservation. She said they might not have sheets for us because no one had washed them. Seriously? We finally got a room key, but she didn’t even tell us where the room was—we had to figure it out ourselves. When we got to the room, it was disgusting. The table had burn marks, and when I checked the drawers (because we have kids), I found a drug bag in one of them. At that point, we had enough. We handed the keys right back and left without staying the night. We had to book another hotel last minute just to have somewhere to sleep after that long drive. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not stay here. I have pictures for proof.

The property is conveniently located for business and leisure activities. However the property was undergoing renovation and we were not told about this when making our reservation. The bedroom was ok but the external areas were a mess. The breakfast was basic and I would recommend that after renovation, the hotel try to provide more breakfast options.
