Not what was expected
The area in general was not the best, (expected as we were not familiar with the city) my 2 children’s not feel comfortable and felt unsafe. The tv did not work and although it was necessity, we planned to be there for 2 days and that would not be accommodating situation. Unable to move rooms and could not guarantee when the 1 property maintenance guy could come and fix it. Rochelle at the front desk was lovely and felt bad there was more she could do. I just expect to get my deposit back soon as we left 20 minutes after we arrived.

The room was okay but the hotel itself seemed disorganized. Our keycard stopped working randomly so we had to go to the office to get that fixed. We spent 2 days at the hotel and never had our room cleaned even though we saw the cleaning service cleaning other rooms. The listing said "good" breakfast, which was just a waffle station, cereal, and sausages. You definitely get what you pay for.

The stay was terrible I booked 2 rooms in which they failed to accommodate placing the rooms next to or even nearby each other . The rooms were on opposite sides of the building which was a huge inconvenience. There was no room service instead I was instructed to go to the front desk in order to recieve clean sheets and towels. One of the rooms had a broken ac unit and had to be changed and instead the front desk agent insisted to send a maintenance man to repair it while in my room in which one never came. The hot tub was luke warm. And there were bugs in the bathroom.

Disgusting place, stay away!
I NEED A REFUND! Room was horrible, very was rusty and not CLEAN. I slept in my clothes and covered the pillow with a shirt! I found public hairs inside the sheets and there were some dark spots on top of the covers. Please see pictures! I need a 100 % refund!

Os quartos são bem antigos e a limpeza é precária. Tinha baratas no quarto. Toalhas com pelos. O alarme de incêndio tocou no meu quarto e o pessoal da recepção não veio solucionar. Eu tive que desligar. O café da manhã não tem opções e não é suficiente para todos os hóspedes. A localização é excelente, porém não recomendo.

El hotel es adecuado para el precio, céntrico para movilizarse a diferentes zonas, las instalaciones son de un hotel bastante antiguo y considero que deben de mejorar eso. No obstante, en recepción las personas fueron sumamente amables.

The room is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in also the stuff are friendly. The breakfast is good too. It is not a fancy hotel but a good place to stay if you are looking for a good location, easy access and close Olive Garden and Golden Corral.

You Get What You Pay For
The exterior needed some help, but the room was nice. The beds were also comfortable. The free breakfast was the best part! I got a big discount for this stay. You get what you pay for. & I would say that for an overnight stay: just to sleep & breakfast in the morning/ it's an alright hotel. The travelers staying there were also very decent--lots of nice families.

Don’t stay here
Room was absolutely filthy. Carpets were black and sticky from gunk. You could tell it hadn’t been truly cleaned in a long time. Dirt and grime smudges all over the walls. Room smelled like pee. Chairs in the room were covered in dirt and mud. Breakfast area was just as gross.
