HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-AVOID THIS HOTEL!
I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy and infested with roaches. I couldn’t even sleep because I was terrified a roach might crawl into my ears. The TV didn’t work, and when I called the front desk for help, the clerk burped loudly while I was on the phone (he did say “excuse me,” but it was still incredibly unprofessional) he was nice though. The cleanliness was appalling. There was something that looked like poop on the toilet paper holder, and the walls were paper-thin—I could hear everything around me. Light was shining around the entire door, making it impossible to get any rest. The hallways were filled with garbage, and I honestly couldn’t bring myself to eat breakfast because I’m sure there were roaches in the kitchen as well. If it hadn't been so late and I didn’t know the area, I would’ve checked out immediately. I took pictures to document the condition of the hotel It wouldn’t let me upload the video of the roaches and garbage bags in the hallway, but nothing can truly capture how disgusting this place is anyways. If you value your sanity and health, do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The bad reviews of this place are absolutely true and I will be sending the pictures and videos to their corporate office.

Our stay in Alafaya
Pillows on bed were tiny and wore out. Water pressure in shower was horrible. Was coming out of shower and person knocked real quick and walked in on me not clothed. As we were headed down to check out elevator broke was stuck open on our floor. Overall stay was bad will never stay at a best western again. Now I know why I stay at Marriott and Hiltons.

The room wasn’t exactly the cleanest , and the only room available was a handicap room so I didn’t understand how to use the shower and I couldn’t hang up any clothing because everything was down below . Also someone kept taking my do not disturb sign for whatever reason .

No one at the desk to check us in. Sign told us to "enjoy a coffee and they would be back". Once we did get checked in the room smelled and my husband killed two roaches. There was garbage that sat on the hall all night from a room across the hall. The shower did not work properly..not even enough water pressure to rinse your hair. Other guests arguing in the hall at 3 am. Never staying here again!

a wonderful place for a small price
well renovated well taken care of kind of place, the customer service was great, the breakfast is well it's what you'd expect, don't expect anything absolutely fabulous but it will get you through the day. overall I really like my stay, will I go there again? absolutely! would I recommend it to others? absolutely! honestly for the price it's an awesome place

Things that grossed me out
In my stay at 12101 Challenger Pkwy, Orlando, FL, 32826 room # 312 some of my towels were filthy, all of my pillowcases had black stains, my sheets had stains, my comforter had blood on it, the toilet paper holder was broken, the toilet paper was a half used roll sitting on the counter, goop on the back of the bathroom door , and the elevator was not working sometimes.
