Got charged twice for the room stay and no reasonings why just that theyd look into it. Called front desk regarding an issue with the tv. Nothing happened. Didnt have conditioner and the pool was closed. Not very happy with the cost and experience.

Hard pass on staying here in the future!
Toilet ran on ... and on, and on ... Dresser was very scuffed up and worn. Bed was quite uncomfortable - very lumpy. A candy wrapper was left behind on the floor from previous guest. Bed looked as though it had been sat on or laid on - not freshly or nicely made. Sidewalk was not shoveled completely. Snow was only removed from sidewalk nearest the lobby entry.

Room had coffee but no coffee maker. With down to the front desk 3 times and no one was there I think she was sleeping in the back room. Then we had to pay for coffee. Will never stay this hotel again. 125.00 for a night is not worth it.

No words!! 😶 😞☹️
The furniture was old broken down and dirty☹️ it was a total disappointment specifically the property being a Marriott and myself being a Marriott rewards member. We stayed here several times about 6-7 years ago and the reason why we booked. It was a total suprise to see the condition of the place, the furniture was broken and the television screen was black. There was a charge for breakfast and no complimentary water. I can go on and on and on. I checked out and continued my stay at a different hotel. Total disappointment.
