For Shame
Truly, Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this wreck. When Wyndham bought the property, they apparently put all their money into hype and PR; not into making this a decent place to stay. I have stayed at several Wyndham hotels over the last few years, but nothing this bad. Just briefly: fist-sized holes in the walls, a room heater that labored noisily all night and didn't heat the room, no heater in the bathroom, thin blanket (it was 40 degrees outside, and not much more than that inside), frayed carpet with mysterious spots; the list goes on. While the desk staff were friendly, nothing they could do to offset this travesty of a hotel. I feel I am owed an apology, and a refund. Oh: and I'll have to think twice about staying at a Wyndham property again.

Read the fine print before you book!
I ended up not staying at this hotel. When I booked it, the info said it was pet friendly, but when I tried to complete the online booking it said it was NOT pet friendly and that i would be charged $250 if I brought in pets! I then requested a free cancelation which they denied! Either the hotel is pet friendly or it isn't! Make up your mind! So I got charged for a room I didn't even use! Completely unacceptable to say the least!

Horrified
Upon checking was given room where drug paraohanila was thrown everywhere and room was nasty. Got another room and TV and phone didn't work. Worst experience ever had involving a hotel.

Not a recommended stay hotel.
This place is a total dive, despite the Wyndham affiliation, and is not worth any rate offered to stay here. Wyndham has lost all respect week me for it's hotels, from La Quinta to Days Inn, Super 8, to Hampton Inn. They are all declining and run down.

Lacks Safety and Cleanliness
The room I had rented didn’t have a functional heater and was blowing cold air. The sheets had been stained with blood and urine, and some of the lights didn’t work. The lock on the door didn’t work. We had asked for another room, and the hotel staff was able to accommodate us for another room mainly for a room with a functioning heater. When we had gotten to the room, the heater worked, but it could not be controlled. Overnight, the room became a sauna. The second room was also not fully cleaned as there were stains in the sheets, there were items left behind from the previous occupants including a cigarette butt in the bathroom drain, an expired orange under the bed, and someone’s earbuds and phone charger. The locks on the second room also weren’t engaging properly. The exterior of the hotel also didn’t feel safe as there wasn’t enough street lighting for the parking lot.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Every inch of the flooring, inside the room and in the halls, was stained or bleached. The doors didn’t close properly. There was an unending number of homeless people screaming outside. The staff seemed nice tho.
