Very accommodating.
We took a last minute trip to see my son in Cape May. With the prices of other hotels being crazy high in CM, we settled for a stay in Wildwood. I believe we were the only patrons there due to it being off season. So a lot of what would normally be offered such as breakfast was not open. Totally understandable. Unfortunately, My daughter became ill on the trip. They were very kind helped with offering extra linens. Check in and out was also super convenient.

Half the city was out of power
When we showed up to the hotel, half the city was out of power. I called them and he happily moved me to another hotel they managed accross the street that had power. Amazing customer service for something that was out of their control.

The entire hotel was renovated. Much nicer accommodations than we expected. Parking lot is viewed by staff from inside. Would definitely stay here again.

4 night stay, they maintained the room once. I had to go to throw out the trash, request toilet paper and towels from front desk. One time and never again.

Property was in a great location, one block from the boardwalk. Check-in was a breeze and the staff at the front was fine. They had us park is the Tropicana lot in the back, that parking lot was TIGHT with one lane for the in and out. The room looked newly renovated, the shower didn’t look the cleanest and the floors had a couple of sticky spots that house cleaning missed. The bed was not very comfortable but was fine for a night. My biggest complaint would be the thin walls, you could hear everything from people talking to their toilets flushing. It also sounded like we had elephants in the room above us, you could hear every step of the adults and child running back and forth until midnight.

It was clean and safe. The room smelled a bit like mildew but it was clean. There was no coffee or anything in the lobby in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Quite Surprised
I was there for a firemen's convention. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and cleanliness of this hotel. It seems it was recently renovated, or at least my room was. The staff at the front desk when I checked in and out were very easy and pleasant to deal with. Aside from the music outside after 2230, which I guess I shouldn't have been surprised by, given the convention crowd, I would totally stay at this hotel again. Thank you!!
