Dirty
Dirty room. We found dental floss randomly throughout the room. Asked front desk to get someone in to clean, they did. Next day we found the same thing… staff flossing teeth and just tossing it, wherever? Vents dirty, weird smells, just all around unclean feel. Amenities not what they seem, be wary of the wide angle lense trick. Remodeling/construction during the busiest week of the year.

Dated and did not feel clean
I chose to stay because of the rating and that it was pet friendly. The moment I confirmed my pet and paid the extra fee, I was rolls I was in the second building mountainside. It was extremely disappointed and even requested if there was another room but there were only two in the same building because I had a pet. We stayed because it was 1030 pm and I couldn’t afford to pay for another at location. I did not shower, not allow my grandbabies. The room did not feel clean, you couldn’t close the curtains all the way, had to attach the drapes to the door handle, the sitting chair was stained and filthy, the bed frame made noise of you moved too quick, the shower head has calcium deposits encrusted all over it, the dresser would not be accepted by a thrift store. We slept on top of the sheet with our own blankets and left at 645am. The rooms where I stayed at are also used as extended stay rooms. I will not be back.

Decent value for your dollar!!!
The hotel was economical, dated but clean. The breakfast bar had some challenges. Good for a quick stay. Appeared to have lots of activities within the building.

Band Competition Stay
Ended up with an inside room. Older hotel. Pretty noisy. Water pressure in shower, poor. Not able to lower room temp below 70. Breakfast was pretty bad. Tater tots, scrambled eggs and sausage. Second day, same breakfast. Did not restock very well. On a better note. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Great location.

6/10 Good

The staff was friendly, she was very nice and helpful when I checked in. The pillows were really nice - we bring our own when we travel because you just never know, but these were awesome. The room was old but had some modern touches - the bedding was pretty, the alarm clock had a usb and usb-c port. But…The problem: the shower had no warm water. The faucet ran on hot and cold just fine but when we tried to adjust between the two the water completely stopped running at all. That alone makes it almost worth 1 star to me. We couldn’t shower the second day. My husband had a scalding shower on day one so I didn’t and we just had to shower when we got to our destination after our second night.
