Worst hotel stay
I was very disappointed. some of the elevators were out of order. The vending machine was pretty empty. I called the front desk and was told there are vending machines on every floor, and was instructed to check the other floors. There were no microwaves in the rooms. You had to take your food down to the lobby to use one. Housekeeping was horrible. They made the beds, but the sheets kept coming off. The housekeeping staff would use the guest elevators, so you would have to wait for the elevator to come back, or be in the elevator with all the carts and dirty laundry. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great choice for sightseeing in DC
Excellent location near museums. Easy parking (although pricey-less than some others), staff is hit or miss—mostly friendly but not always attentive or very quick to respond. That was true at the desk and in both restaurants. Breakfast was good, a little expensive. Bar area was nice and bartender was great!!!

The hotel was very conveniently located for a trip to the national mall, and the service was excellent. My only complaint is the rail line that ran right next to our room and made it difficult to sleep.

Superb Location
Service (front desk, Christopher, and bellman, Mohamed) was excellent upon our arrival. Room was just ok; bed was hard, towels were typical for a lower end hotel. The location was superb! I’d return to this hotel simply because of the service and location. Close to monuments, the Mall, museums, etc. Starbucks is attached to the hotel, and underground parking garage is good. Pictures are of an evening walk - all close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, very cozy, the room was super spacious, the only bad thing was that we got one close to the train line that runs frequently but otherwise it was excellent, the parking was very cheap compared to other nearby ones, the National Mall was a 5 minute walk away.
