Great Location in the Heart of Rome
We had a great stay at Relais Rione Ponte in Rome. It is conveniently located a couple blocks walk to the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. It is also convenient for public transportation and within short walks of other major attractions in Rome. Our room was very spacious and had a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was also very spacious and had a very large shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and helped to fix a small issue we had with our air conditioning. They also helped us to coordinate our airport transfer on our final day. Overall, we’d highly recommend Relais Rione Ponte for your sightseeing stay in Rome!

We really liked the hotel itself, however it was tricky to get into because it is located on the second floor of like an apartment building and there is no 24h concierge. We had to let ourselves in and buzz into the “hotel”. Great location but overall tricky. Room was beautiful but probably would not stay here again.

This AirBnb is close to shops, popular piazza's and attractions. All of the staff is very helpful and the lady that cleaned our room was excellent. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. We were also able to walk for about 25 mins to meet out tour to Tuscany for the day. I'm a very light sleeper and none of this affected my husband but our room was just above a very popular sandwich shop which could be noisy at times and then there are food deliveries to the same shops quite early in the morning which you can also hear. There is also a store front under construction in the same building and they think it's acceptable to start drillling before 8 a.m. The shower is in the bedroom and the glass in not frosted so if you are travelling with anyone besides your partner it could be a little awkward. We did really enjoy how spacious and clean the room was and there is an elevator in the building which is a huge plus. We felt safe and secure in the building with the added features of security code to get it and card tap to get to reception. We enjoyed our stay here and appreciate all the recommendations give to us!

Fantastic location. Short walks to all key sites of Rome and surrounded by an area of great bars and restaurants. Taxi rank just outside the front door. The hotel suite is clean, safe and amazingly quiet. All the staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful with recommendations etc. A really great place.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Rome. First of all, the staff was fenomenal. Laura gave us the best welcome to Rome and recommendations for how to tour, attractions, and where to eat. Bea, and another gentleman we interacted with were fantastic as well. The room was very nice, beautiful and clean. The accommodations were spot on. Our only feedback would be to upgrade the WiFi service to a faster one as many international travelers depend on it. The hotel is located in the heart of Rome and it make us feel we were locals having the best time of our lives. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
