The staff were really friendly, easy parking (not cheap..), great happy hour prices, clean and cosy room, good shower, good location. We slept well here even though the fire alarm went off at 7am. Near to a great traditional eatery also.

We had a double bed and a fold out bed style room. The double bed had 2 single quilts as opposed to a double. We had 2 bath towels between 3 of us. We were told that the hotel served food until 11pm but on 2 of our 3 nights there they couldn’t put any food on as there were only 2 staff working. The 2 ladies that were mostly manning the reception and bar area were superb though and couldn’t do enough for us. Just a shame about the hotels planning and staffing.

Das Bad war schön. Das Bett war auf einer Seite schon ausgelegen. Am unteren Kopfteil des Bettes befanden sich Reste von Körperflüssigkeiten. Trotz Beschwerde an der Rezeption und schriftliche Einreichung mit Foto und Mail wurde es erst am dritten Tag zufriedenstellend gereinigt. Man hat mir einen Kaffee angeboten. Bei der wiederholten Beschwerde wurde an der Rezeption behauptet, man könne die Flecken vermutlich nicht entfernen. Dann waren sie aber am Abend verschwunden. Das Geschirr im Zimmer war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Das garantierte Mineralwasser wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Im Ganzen leider ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
