Wow! What a stay!!
This property is amazing! The staff ate welcoming and happy to help. The amenities were well beyond our expectations. The food at the grill was alright, nothing super good, but the portions are larger and priced right. My kids absolutely loved the indoor pool! Would highly recommend the stay if traveling with younger children.

Perfect Spot
This hotel was perfect for our family for the weekend. The rooms were very spacious, they all appeared to have balconys, the hotel was was spotless, the fire pit area was perfect, the pools were very well kept and kept the kids entertained for hours, locations was great and the breakfast options were above all others. We will definitely be back.

Great stay all around
We had a wonderful little family weekend getaway and will definitely be back. The place was so nice and clean. The toddler splash pad and hot tub were great. The breakfast was also so nice to have on site. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property
Very beautiful and nice comfy property. I would give 5 stars except the parking isn't great, they only have 5 handicap parking spots for a big hotel...most of the close parking of course is valet you pay for. Need more handicap parking and move valet over the hill. Also late checkout is $25 an hour

Great stay!
We had a great time. We used the indoor pool , hot tub , had the breakfast and ate at the restaurant! Everything was great! Lemees at the Fri t desk was very friendly and spoke to me every time I saw her and made us feel welcome. We will be back!

Would love to get my deposit cash back
Nice hotel. 50$ deposit each night of stay. Booked for 2 nights so had pay 100.00 depsoit. Said i would get it back after stay it has now been 10 days and i still have t received my deposit back. We had booked it for 2 nights but ended up leaving earlier as the beds was so uncomfortable I couldn't take it anymore. I have back issues and the beds were horrible. so firm u couldnt roll lol. Pillows typical crap hotel pillows. Bathroom was amazing. Very clean. HATED no microwave in rooms only 2 in the ice room for the whole floor to use. Not a drinker but aware of hotels now days have bars but hated the fact that parents where drinking at the indoor pool while watching their kids. Id rather not have alcohol around my childern. Elevators theres 3 and pretty quick disnt have to wait to long at all to go to room. Was on floor 4 and still heard the music playing which was little annoying but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was really great not ur typical hotel breakfast definitely the beft breakfust buffet in a hotel ive ever had and ive stayed at many many hotels in Piegon Forge.

Amazing
When we checked in, Edna greeted us with a warm smile and her excellent customer service and knowledge made our check in very pleasant. Beautiful and clean hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were the softest I’ve ever slept on. The continental breakfast was supper yummy with lots of variety. When we were ready to check out, Lamees was very kind and friendly and made our check out super easy. Will certainly stay again
