Disappointing
I hate to be negative, but it was a pretty poor experience. The sheets were stained. Couldn’t tell if they were just dirty or stained. Cockroaches in the bathroom at night very strong smell of cigarettes in the middle of the night. So strong it woke me up and was choking me. I had so go outside and open my door we 2am. In order to get my deposit back, I had to physically check out. Nice people… but if I had any other option, I would take that before coming back here.

Honestly, did not even find this property. No sign for the hotel, called and no one answered several times. Even went back in daylight and could not find it. Had to scramble to get another hotel. I believe this was a scam.

Had to buy new sheets for both rooms. Had to buy new pillows. The rooms weren’t clean as I expected. Not to much to do. I wish I done a little more googling. Staff were barely around. Told them several times we needed to get more toilet paper , towels, an at least another shampoo bottle. We got two towels and two toilet papers ( one for each room ) we got two rooms for 5 adults and one 12 yr old. I will not be back.

There was no check in what so ever. The property management did not have my reservation and were super incredibly rude. No need at all for such treatment. with a simple explanation on what or what happened should have been enough. Especially when it was paid in advance. Not to include that the address was sketchy at best, and the place look really bad and poorly kept. as of now I'm trying to get a refund from Expedia since the satay never happened due to what I mention on this review.
