Nobody reached out to me about my visit. I got email confirmation for my trip and an itinerary number yet when I showed up to the hotel there was no reservation for me. I was told this was a private suite so I would have to reach out to the property owner. Great. Well the only number listed for this property owner is not in service. I call customer service for Hotels.com and they say my reservation was canceled and they could not help me get another reservation for any where near the same price. I mean they wanted to put me in a hotel $200 more per night! So I was in Myrtle Beach with no place to stay on Easter weekend.
