Don't stay here
Where do we start... Upon arrival at 11:30pm the front desk was having issues with their card encoder that would assign us a card to access our room. Although Andreya (Front Desk) was amazing at juggling, not only getting no answer from their IT support and having about 4 families, including my own, waiting to be checked in, We did not get into a room until about 2:30am after the maintenance employee finally informed Andreya she has a key that would allow access to each room.
When we finally got into our first room, the room was very humid and just smelt moldy. We also found a bug on the wall/ceiling and a large one on the bed. We went and talked to Andreya and she put us in a different room. In the second room, the bathroom tiles were cracked, the soap "shelf" was barely hanging on to the wall, which eventually on night two fell off and almost hit my wife's foot as she was using the shower. We also had a roach run across the bathroom floor on the third night. The room also had a faint unpleasant smell I cannot describe.
On day two after brining up the changing of rooms and the shelf falling off of the shower we were told we would be comped one night stay. We were satisfied with that until the next night when we saw two roaches in the bathroom. The day after we checked out a manager called and said the only thing we can do now is an extra $50 due to us not bringing these issues to their attention immediately.
