Overall Great Hotel, recommended. Bed is really comfortable. great location, food/gas station nearby, quiet at night. Great staffs. except my room during the stay was right beside dining area, we could hear the noisy from kitchen or cleaning area very clearly right after the breakfast started.

Great Hotel

My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Lodge at Jackson Hole. The room was spacious and comfortable. The heated pool and hot tubs were lovely, especially the outdoor hot tub with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was good and a good value for $5. The location was convenient to the grocery store and a short drive into town for restaurants and shops.

Nice, but disappointed with breakfast

The hotel and my room was nice. But I was disappointed with the breakfast. I did go down rather late but it was obvious they did not restock items. The eggs were overcooked and scraping the bottom of the pan and the hand-cut fruit did not look fresh art all. The staff were removing items from the buffet and bakery area even before the end of breakfast! Disappointing.

Poor customer service

While our stay was generally good the customer service at the Lodge was very disappointing. On the day we checked out we accidentally forgot three jackets in the closet. Immediately on discovering this and only a few hours after we left we called the hotel and informed them of this and asked them to contact housekeeping and locate our jackets. We ultimately talked to four different people at the front desk over two days trying to locate our jackets, and then later left a review on the hotel's own review page, and still have not gotten any follow up or response to our request for assistance. Overall I was left with the impression that the hotel has no real policy to deal with this common occurrence and does not consider it to be a priority. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years and have never had such lack of service and follow through; normally in my experience the hotel will reach out to me and work to address the issue. For this reason we were left with a very poor impression of the hotel and its level of customer service.

Great place to stay in Jackson Hole

Really nice place - good shuttle service to the mountain. It is a bit far from 'downtown' but the free on-demand driver will take you and pick you up wherever you need to go - so we really enjoyed staying there.

Beautiful stay in Jackson

Loved our stay at the lodge! My husband and I were vacationing for our baby moon. We thought the area was very conveniently located, safe, and easy to get around. Free parking is a plus. We enjoyed the heated pool as well.

Take my plate away

Great place. Staff at breakfast in the morning are a little pushy when time comes to clean the tables, as if they were paid by the number of plates they remove. They take the plates away from you when you are still chewing... Kind of bizzare. Other than that the place is great.

Nice place to stay for a ski/snowboard getaway at Jackson Hole. Rome was clean, but not cleaned daily. Hot tub was cold on my last day which was kind of a bummer, but would stay here on my next visit.

Stayed for 5 nights, of the 5 nights for 4 of them the elevator was not in service. The outdoor hot tub was broken, the sauna was out of service, the ice machine on our floor was broken. Room service only comes Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. However, they didnt even come Saturday, and didnt even change the bedding when they came on Monday. Overall, highly disappointed with the stay. The only thing the staff was willing to reimburse for was the resort fee due to lack of room service. Will revisit Jackson but will definitely not stay here again.
