Muy buena opción de hotel para algo tranquilo y muy relajado, creo que la diferencia q nos cobraron por el upgrade de Diamond es mucha con respecto al “plus” que te dan

From the minute we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff, to include Enrique, head Chef Octavio, the spa staff, and everyone went above & beyond to make it a great stay for us. We will definitely be back.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The room and the property were very clean. The butler service could've been better. The food at the restaurants was an overall 7/10. This resort is more so for disconnecting and relaxing. Perfect place for couples or a solo traveler.

Gorgeous property. The saltwater pools were amazing touch. Our air-conditioning lacked a little power, but the bedding is super comfortable in the bathroom is gorgeous. I would definitely come back.

The sea view rooms offered stunning views, and the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful. Chef Marcus went out of his way to prepare something tailored just for me, and the waiter Mauricio and Candido were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Anytime you needed something, someone was right there to take care of it. The staff truly made my solo getaway a relaxing escape. Thank you to everyone!

We had such a wonderful time at the resort, very romantic settings, wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Our butler Enrique was stellar, top-tier! He attended to all of our needs during our stay, and we were even surprised on our last night there we came back to our room to a beautiful display of flowers decorated on our bed top! Everything exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time to book here. We're already looking forward to our trip here next year!
