We've stayed at this hotel twice per year for the past few years while attending the MNRI conference that's held here. The hotel is going downhill, and quickly. During our stay this last time, 5/16-5/20 the main elevator was broke down for the entirety of our stay and the other two elevators were acting up and people were getting stuck in them. Mind you, the conference that we attend is for disabled children so functioning elevators are a priority being the conference is located on the 2nd floor. The hotel staff was "apologetic" but that's as far as the concern went. The rooms are musky, damp, and definitely have a moldy odor to them. Two of our friends had to transfer rooms for this very reason being it caused health concerns for their children. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping didn't come one time to service our room. The hotels air is awful, the breakfast room is hot as well as the conference room on the second floor.
