We stayed two nights, choose the hotel due to its location close to the Legacy Museum. To be brief: flashing bulb in bedside fixture—annoying!; telephone not only didn’t work (to report the light), it had the incorrect room number on a sticker of the phone. The only way to stop the LOUD A/C fan was to turn the unit off so we turned off then on again when room was too warm (selecting low or high made no difference). NO WIFI for the entire time we were there. Even though this may not have been their fault, the personnel at the desk not only didn’t know anything but didn’t seem to be concerned about it. TV’s sound was muffled and we didn’t find the caption. We are both hard hearing so it was difficult to understand commentary. Light on coffee maker was lit but the water came out warm so coffee didn’t brew. Print out (hardcopies) were taped outside the elevator doors “Four-person limit”. This seemed strange since it was a printout at the doors suggesting a problem yet to be addressed. Official notice inside stated 3600 pounds. Little things but yet nice to have: tissues in the room or bathroom. Fortunately, I had some in my purse. A waste can in the bathroom for tissues, dental floss, etc.
