Cool water pool we couldn't enjoy due to cold weather and rain.
Ample parking space.
Buffet breakfast with tons of options but mostly bread and cheese. It would be convenient to include vegan options, at least vegetable milks.
Restaurant staff didn't speak much english.
Some cats playing around in the backyard and a cute dog as well."

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. largely thanks to the incredible staff. My husband unfortunately had an accident and broke his foot during our trip. The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for is outstanding service, excellent facilities and convenient location near the Pamukkale thermal pools.
