The hotel was pristine. Facilities was functional and practical. Staff were friendly and courteous. Lots of Activities for kids. Family friendly. Proximity to the airport was ideal. Spacious room for family with adequate privacy. However, i couldn't sleep for 2 nights due to the excessive smell of nicotine. Better boundaries between smoking and non- smoking rooms has to be establish. The cats parade during lunch & dinner time was too much especially when they jump on dinning tables and chairs. Cat allergic guests might struggle. The kids were fond of the kitten stroking them as they pass by and then going to the food area without washing their hands. Overall lovely time. Plan tonreturn in the nearest future. Viva Antalya

Good family hotel, especially for kids 5 and above. The staff are brilliant, Sami Gorki Sahin and Julie were all great from the animation team. Ali on skates and Farat at the main pool were amazing. Kids splash park was a bit cold for my girl, the entertainment in the evening is alright. I think they could improve the music, for in between the mini disco and the main entertainment then afterwards too as the vibe gets a bit low. Food ok, there’s a good barbecue every night and a special that changes everyday. We didn’t use the a la carte restaurants as we thought 25 Euro extra pp was not worth it. The beach is a bit untidy, we didn’t like it. But there’s a free shuttle that runs every hour. Overall good holiday that we would recommend to family’s , but not so excellent that we would stay again.

Over het algemeen zijn wij zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. Lekker eten, leuke aquapark, ruime kamer met een wasmachine (ideaal). Personeel in het algemene restaurant en Gilbert cafe mogen vriendelijker zijn en meer service aanbieden. En helaas was water van kinderzwembad ijskoud. De kinderen konden daarin niet zwemmen/spelen, terwijl we voor dit hotel onder andere voor dat hadden gekozen.

I loved my time there. As it was my brothers birthday they surprised us with a cake which was so cute. Staff were so lovely and friendly. To the people at the reception, bars, waiters and entertainment staff, thank you to everyone who spoke to me and my family. As for the place, the rooms were spacious with a beautiful view and there were many activities at the aqua park.

I was there for 7 days with my kids. Its a wonder place, everything is top og the top. The cleaning team for us was really service minded. They went the exstra mike for us. The food was really really awesome. I like the way the cook diffrent things out side. But the buffey is allso very awesome. Overall i will be back next sommer.

Katastrophe kein Cent wert !!! Schmutzig! Das Zimmer war so verdreckt musste Zimmer wechseln im anderen Zimmer gab es ein kaputten Stuhl auch verdreckt. Musste in einen anderen Hotel!
So sah der Stuhl im 2 Zimmer aus der angeblich sauber sein sollte

The rooms although spacious were not clean at all. The floors were filthy and bathroom was never cleaned unless we called reception to have it cleaned. Out of 4 people 3 of us had diarrhoea and vomitting and we did not eat oi-sure until after coming down with this at which point I said enough is enough we’re not eating anymore at the hotel. Everyday we had to ring for shower gel replacements, towels and bedding. It’s as if they could only count to 4 yet 4 of us were booked and staying in the room. Food was very repetitive with a lot of flies around. Pools were decent enough and entertainment good and staff were good but really think about the food and cleanliness if you want to stay there.
