Room was clean. I would not class this B & B as Luxury.
Bathroom sink was cracked. Issue with dripping taps on the bath, difficult to turn off.
Sink hot water tap needed turned sereral times to get a good flow.
As the run was a family room, there was no warnings for the hot water and a child could have scolded themselves as it was so hot.
Heating was very hit and miss althoughh electric heaters were supplied in room.
Couldnt get the large window to shut.
Breakfast snug was cold and drafty.
Sitting room had a fire but never lit. Too cold to sit in.
Host Nigel was very nice and friendly.
Parking an issue, had to move vehicle every 2 hours through the day. That is a general statement for parking in Richmond.
