My only objective was to go to a hotel with a great pool for the weekend, since my kids were bugging me to go some place that would be fun. So i booked this hotel. It was a new facility and not too far from home. Everything went smoothly checking in, but when the kids went into the pool, the swirl part of the pool was not working. I called maintenance and they tried to get it going with no luck. Then, ine of the maintenance guys came up to me and said.... "it will come back on in 25 minutes, it has to cool down then it will comw back on." I knew he was lying to me. It never turned on becuase we were there for a few hours. Also, i spoke to a friend of mine that services pools for a living, he has never heard of that. So, that experience was very annoying. My kids complained often that they wanted to play in the pool with the swirl.... next time i will call first or visit the hotel to make sure everything we need is working before i book.
