カップルでスイーツルームに滞在しました。チェックインもスムーズで心暖かいウェルカムもあってすごく良かったです。15分のウェルカムマッサージもとても上手で気持ちよかったです。朝食はカフェで食べられます。それも雰囲気が素敵で充実しました。部屋はもちろん素敵ですごく使いやすくて満足のある滞在でした。ただ子供がいる人はお勧めしません。近隣の騒音の夜中のクラブの音がでかくて、神経質な人は避けていただいた方が良いかと思います。元にアメニティーに耳栓が置いてありました笑 サプライズで誕生日祝いをしてくれたのが思った以上なクオリティーでとても感動しました。ありがとうございました。また機会がありましたら、こちらに泊まりたいです。

4 night stay over Christmas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast from the Zin Cafe menu was amazing every morning. Great gym facilities. Located in convenient but quieter part of Canggu. Highly recommend!

Overall, the ZIN Canggu hotel is a disappointment. The hotel is overpriced considering its condition and offers a mediocre experience. Upon arrival, the welcome experience was underwhelming as the staff did not accommodate my request for a later breakfast time, even though I needed to surf early in the morning. Although the pictures of the hotel appear inviting, the reality is quite different. The hotel shows signs of aging, with stained towels and a lack of power outlets near the bed, although there is a reading light. The closet is difficult to access, adding to the inconvenience. Additionally, the spa is located near a sticky river, which takes away from the relaxation experience. During my complimentary 30-minute massage, the staff skipped the feet washing process, resulting in an uncomfortable sensation as they rubbed my feet before my legs. Furthermore, the mini fridge in the room looks outdated and reminiscent of the 80s. On a positive note, the hotel manager, Didik, was friendly and accommodating. He extended the breakfast time and allowed for a later check-out, which I greatly appreciated. However, even with the extended breakfast time, the breakfast itself was lackluster and did not meet expectations. In conclusion, the ZIN Canggu hotel does not live up to its advertised image. The hotel is overpriced for its condition, with underwhelming amenities and average service.

Wonderful hotel. Shame about building work noise
The room was ready upon our return from an early arrival, and bags were already taken up. The rooms are a good size with a balcony overlooking the central pool. There is a riverside pool as well which has more sun than the other, waiters came over to the table from the main restaurant but was a shame that the bar area there is clearly no longer used. The restaurant at the hotel was really nice and chilled with the waiters/waitresses quick to take your order and help. The in-house massage was excellent. We had the free 15 minute massage which was complimentary and then I had the massage and scrub which was wonderful. The one major downside was the building work. During the day we were out so it wasn’t so bad but we were given a room which backed directly onto the building site. The building work started around 7/7.30 which meant we were woken up early and it did go on all day. I don’t think this was emphasised enough when the hotel was advertised and perhaps the rooms they back onto it directly shouldn’t be used

The hotel looks beautiful in pictures but is it worth the price. Absolutely not. The construction next to the hotel starts at 7am and goes on till pretty late. At night, be prepared for loud music. I didn't get much rest here. Bathroom stank of pee. Upon check in, no one informed me about the amenities/facilities. Some guests received a 15 min complimentary massage - I didn't. So not sure if that offer is only for some guests? Again, it's not a bad property but just not worth the price at all.

Fantastic staff, exceptional coffee and breakfast included with our room in the cafe, beautiful room. Very happy with ZIN would highly recommend. (FYI, only complaint we could not get a hold of them by phone, if you need to contact the front desk try the WhatsApp number)

Very noisy!!
The hotel looks nice in the pictures, however the rooms are worn down and there’s a night club next door. So if you stay at the zin, don’t expect to get any sleep before 03:00 am. Then the next door construction starts at 08:00.. We along with 3 other rooms asked for a refund because of the noice.
