1. Staff are kind, friendly and willing to solve the problem and help.
2. There are multiple choices on breakfast. The taste is good. (However, the staff is not easy to handle the situation when peak time is coming. Many customers just enter the restaurant without telling the room number. Also, people just tell the room number that can have a breakfast. But the staff didn’t confirm the identification that who is the room owner, how did they know whether the customer is having breakfast or not, and how did they know the customers is not passengers?)
3. The dining restaurant in hotel, food is not good enough.
4. There is spa service. But not in the
