瑪爾達酷客房飯店 - 巴塞隆納

Wonderful hotel. The service was amazing. Staff were very helpful in guiding us to the kind of Barcelona experience we wanted to have, and we faithfully followed the marked up map Andre spent his time customizing for us. The room was lovely, very modern, comfy and clean. I felt the room was too warm for me to sleep the first night so I asked them to adjust and they then gave me control over our temperature with no objections. We also enjoyed having a drink in the lobby most nights. It’s also right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter, so we could step outside into the hustle and bustle, yet not hear a sound from our room.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out o fther way to help us with everything from directions and restaurant recommendations to ensuring we were comortable in our room, e.g. helping us to arrange the furniture appropritaely.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful receptionists. Rooms were large and clean. Location is convenient. The hotel was a bit hard to find the first time around as it needs to be accessed through a lift in the Galeries Malda. Read your pre-arrival message carefully.

Great location with lots of amenities. Staff was always helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great apart from the lift - i didn't receive the passcode to use the lift before having your room key very frustrating and no way to call the hotel to ask for help
