員工非常負責任及熱情。離開酒店後我忘記了護照在酒店，酒店員工第一時間聯絡我，得之我無法返回羅馬後，還幫忙把護照寄到我在米蘭的酒店，非常負責任及有效率，值得推薦！

Simplesmente amei a minha hospedagem! Primeiro, fomos muito bem recepcionados. Fizeram questão de dar dicas da cidade (opções de transporte, por exemplo) e de nos instruir em nossos questionamentos. Além disso, estavam disponíveis no WhatsApp para sanar qualquer dúvida e, inclusive, informaram sobre uma greve no transporte público que aconteceu em um dia da nossa estadia. Um dia colocamos a placa de “não perturbe” na porta, pois não queríamos limpeza, visto que saímos bem cedo e deixamos nossas coisas um pouco espalhadas pelo quarto e achamos melhor que ninguém entrasse. Entraram em contato conosco pra confirmar se realmente não queríamos a limpeza e se precisávamos de algo a mais, como toalhas novas, por exemplo. Enfim… o tratamento foi super cortês! Além disso, a localização é simplesmente PERFEITA! Pertíssimo de um ponto de ônibus e de uma estação de metrô. Tem restaurantes próximos e você consegue estar nos principais pontos de Roma muito rápido, seja a pé, ou com transporte público. Amei tudo!

Inicialmente não tive contato com a recepção pois nossos horários não coincidiram, porem o atendimento via WhatsApp foi maravilhoso, repassaram direitinho o checkin e todas as informações necessárias para minha estadia ! Os mimos são um conforto a parte ! O aquecimento funcionou perfeitamente , a area do box é um pouco pequena, mas atende as necessidades

Excellent location with wonderful friendly staff. They really try and make it as easy as possible for the guests and the rooms are good size and beds are comfy. The only negative is how much noise travels in the hotel but other than that it was excellent

I was a few days in Rome before going to Norcia. The location is fantastic, being central to many churches and historical sites, with very easy access to the metro. Great attention to detail and a wonderful focus on customer satisfaction and comfort. For example, I needed some electrolytes to help with leg cramps and was immediately given a pharmacy to go to. A wonderful list of nearby restaurants was provided and the food was fantastic. Room is might feel a bit tight for American standards, but certainly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this location.

Çalışanlar inanılmaz iyi seviyede ilgililer. Bütün sorularınızı ve problemlerinizi hemen çözüyorlar. Ancak tabi ki odalar ve tuvaletleri biraz küçük. Tam anlamıyla bir otel ve bir B&B arasında kalmış bir yer diyebilirim. Klasik bir otel değil kalmak için gayet güzel ve tertemiz. Öneririm

The staff was very nice and accommodating to our arrival situation and helped us celebrate our 1st anniversary! The room was clean and had great AC. Our only complaint is that there's no direct route from the property to the main road which made walking to the property very inconvenient with our bags as you have to go up a hill around a building just to go back down.

特筆すべきはレセプションスタッフ

　シングルルームに滞在したが清潔で掃除も完璧、とても良かった。予約時に周辺相場の半額(2泊で46000円)だったので、エアコン、窓はあるのか少し心配して問い合わせたが、迅速な対応に好感が持てた。レセプションは午前10時から午後4時までで、それ以外の時間はセルフチェックインとなるがWhatappでVideoを含めて丁寧に説明してくれるのでスムーズにチェックインできた。　バーカウンターで私にとっての生命線である水、ネスプレッソコーヒーが飲み放題というのはありがたかった。　特筆すべきはレセプションの女性スタッフがとても感じが良かったこと。レストランの予約にも快く応じてくれて、気のせいかレストラン(Hostaria Romana)でのサービスもとても良かった。この感動は10数年前に滞在したグランドハイアット上海エグゼクティブラウンジの男性マネジャー以来だった。　ローマはナポリへのトランジットで立ち寄ったが、レセプションスタッフの対応の良さもあってローマの魅力が大きく上がった。　このホテルはスペイン広場、トレビの泉まで徒歩6-7分、コロッセオまでも徒歩15分、ヴァチカンも地下鉄で簡単に行けて観光にはとても便利。

It was my first time to Italy (August 29th) - I had delayed flight which ruined my tour’s schedule. I’m so grateful to stay at this hotel with very helpful communication through WhatsApp. Thanks to Sabina /Fabiana who helped me with all the details also Sasha when checked it out.
