地點優越，但管理和硬體有待加強

優點的部分，首先住宿的位置十分優秀，走路5分鐘就可以到國華街和大多台南的著名小吃，而且房間很大間 但是缺點是冬天浴室熱水還忽冷忽熱實在是讓人很失望，而且第二天一回到房間浴室裡就有一股異味，嚴重懷疑是房務人員在房客廁所裡面上大號，雖然實在是很誇張但很難想到其他解釋，已要求業者改進
